Depends: A "tilted" uterus is normal in one third of women and does not result in decreased chances of pregnancy. Fibroids can have implications for pregnancy depending on where they are in the uterus. Fertility rates decrease with age so at 43 if you are contemplating pregnancy see your obgyn and ask them more specifics about your fibroid.
