No Relation: Celiac disease is not contagious. There is no way the celiac disease caused the reaction you described. Sometimes you can get an infection from oral sex and if your throat continues to hurt you need to see your doctor. Rarely, people may be allergic to seminal fluid (semen) and one of the symptoms can be a sore or scratchy throat that occurs after semen exposure.
