I has strep throat about a month and a half ago and now i have dry/scratchy throat, a little pain swallowing, and my temp. is increasing is it strep?

Could be: Sometimes the antibiotics don't clear the strep. You should see the doctor for testing for strep to see if you still have it.

No way to tell: Your symptoms could be strep again, or just a virus, or early mono, or sleeping with your mouth open, etc. You can tell if it is strep when you have a quick test or culture done. The symptoms are not specific .
