A member asked:

If there is wheezing from the lungs, can a doctor hear it with a stethoscope regardless if you are exhaling from your nose or your mouth?

Yes: Yes, because the narrowing of the airway occurs in an area lower than both the mouth or the nose. It is right where the lungs are, and that is where the doctor would put the stethoscope to hear it.
