Fungal rash: You could certainly have a fungal rash of the groin, since it is a common area for these infections - given the moisture and lack of sunlight. That's good that it doesn't itch, because some patients have a lot of discomfort from that. Good to show a doctor though to confirm whether it is fungal or not. This should be quite treatable and I hope you get some relief soon.
