Disclaimer

pain in upper left quad. xrays normal, blood work on spleen nor. off and on pain for 7 mnths. what could it be? ulcer? ibs?

Many Things: If all you have is an X-ray, you need to have a CT Scan or an ultrasound or both and some blood work to rule out some of the more serious causes of abdominal pain. If these are normal, then it could be IBS, especially if it is stress related. Talk to your doctor.
