woken up at 1am due to nose stiffiness and i ran out of my nasal spray. how do i recover my lost sleep?

Lost sleep : Mix water with table salt (1 teaspoon in a glass) and spray that in your nose. You can also sniff it or snort it. Turn off your phone and computer and go back to bed.
