Is baby happy?: If your baby is getting enough to eat then it is OK that the breasts have softened up. The engorgement doesn't usually last more than a couple days (thank GOD!) Congratulations on the baby!

This is OK: There are many hormone changes that will change the size and contour of the breasts. Initially, you will make colostrum which is thick and there is not a lot of volume. Gradually over 2-3 days you will fill in more milk. More important than size or fullness is production. If your baby is satisfied after feeding, having 5-7 wet and 4-5 BM diapers per day and gaining weight you're doing fine.
