Inducing milk: You can try breast pump to induce more production. In addition a 7 day course of metaclompramide should also increase production.

Breast pump and form: If your wife is unable to nurse right now, it is very important that she use a breast pump as often as the baby eats, about every 2-3 hours around the clock. This will ensure that the milk supply will come in. The baby, in the meantime, should be fed infant formula, usually starting with a cow's milk based formula. Baby should be fed every 2-3 hours by bottle, volume depends on baby's weight.
