Looks pretty good: The most notable things about this cholesterol (lipid/blood fat) picture is the good elevation of HDL and low VLDL/triglycerides. You can see that 104 of your total cholesterol (241) is the good stuff. Your LDL is a little high but particle analysis won't change the recommendation. I agree with your doctor. Work to maintain this very good profile.
