Acne: Be very gentle when you wash your face, specially when drying it, pad dry it with a clean soft hand cloth, do not rub. Do not use any abrasive soap, or exfolliating lotions. If you have cystic acne, you would probably benefit from at least 30 days of antibiotics and a topical acne cream.
