The simple: (but not easy) formula for weight loss: 1. Eat a varied, plant based diet with lots of fruits, veggies, beans, and nuts, and very little if any animal products. 2. Moderate exercise for 30 minutes every day, including strength training. 3. Avoid- alcohol, smoking, sugary drinks, processed sugars, flour, and oils. Also avoid pre-packaged processed foods.
