Losing Weight: Please avoid any thoughts of pills. There are none that work and most are either addicting or dangerous over the long term. Weight loss comes with limiting calories, change the calories to a composition of 60% protein and a little complex carbohydrates and a smaller percentage as fats. Then adding moderate (hr= 130) exercise for at least 20 minutes/day . This is the scientific truth.
