I wouldn't: I consider this product more an airway irritant than health aid for any kid under 6 years of age. A two month old is dependent on their nasal airway for breathing and any fragrance, pleasant or not, can plug them up. I don't recommend Vicks in any form for babies,period.Any medicinal quality (the medicine smell) is more myth than real at any age.
