Unknown: the best approach is to cycle the endometrium with progesterone or a progestin medicine and to re-evaluate after treatment. The calcification is of ? importance. if significant or persistent, hysteroscopy would be indicated to try to remove any calcification that formed from prior pregnancy. The endometrium should repair itself in a normal way. Good luck.
