A member asked:

Have a tingle in my thigh. what could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several things: It could be one of several things and difficult to say without seeing. More commonly, a radiculopathy (pinched nerve around the spinal canal), a local nerve injury (ex. femoral neuropathy), atypical presentation of a muscle strain, meralgia paresthetica (a local neuritis to the distal, lateral thigh). You should see your local physician and possibly a referral to a specialist.
