Thighs warm: Do you have your laptop on your lap? Computers generate heat. May also be nerves if being compressed either from disc disease or if overweight when you flex your hips to sit. May also be abdominal pressure from cystic ovaries, or even gastritis. Rarely may be MS. f/u with doctor /urgent care.
