Sometimes i feel my head shaking and today i went to the doctors and they said it may be thyroids. what is that?

The thyroid gland..: is in your neck, and it's sort of a speed dial for the body, if you will. A tremor, such as that in your head, could be indicative of hyperthyroid. Other associated symptoms could be restlessness, sweating, palpitations, weight loss, anxiety, sleeplessness, high heart rate and breathing rate.
