Pop! Goes the Measle: Yeah. Leave it alone. You squeezed too hard or with too much pressure with your nails. Now it just has to heal. It may collect some more pus but you'll have to be extra careful getting rid of that. Put some antibacterial ointment on it and give it several days to heal. The blood should resorb. Be careful next time. If a zit won't pop with gentle pressure wait 'till it "matures" more to try again.
