Had zit onscalp. yesterday the zit appeared gone, but there was some dry/white looking skin around the area.then wiped it with q tip to get rid of the excess skin. while doing this i began bleeding a tiny bit. did i cause any perm damage to follicles?

Not likely: A zit or pimple is an inflammatory reaction to irritants or bacteria, which leads to increased blood flow to the area. When the Qtip was used, the pressure to the area of increased blood flow may have broken a small vessel but likely it will heal without permanent damage
