You can: Utilize many nonprescription tools; most are benign and may or may not work for you but consider cold packs, or cold steeped tea bags, homemade baking soda paste, over-the-counter benadryl (diphenhydramine) cream or calamine lotion or nonprescription strength hydrocortisone cream.
