Probably but Why: Cutting the frenulum will greatly decrease sensitivity. While it is often done when an infant is circumsized, most try to avoid it. The frenulum has a tremendous number of nerve endings in it that greatly add to pleasure and sensation and you did have a "full circumcision" even if the frenulum was not cut. Still, ask your surgeon/doctor if you are not happy with what they did.
