Are there any benefits to retaining the frenulum after an adult circumcision?

If not too tight: Has lots of sensation which can be pleasurable. However can be uncomfortable or even painful ; liable to tear if remains after circumcision and is tight. Similar to a bowstring. Some men are happy to have retained their frenulum ; others feel the opposite. Important thing about an adult foreskin is have just right amount of skin removed. Urologist should be able to decide whether to keep frenulum.
