PCOS: or Polycystic Ovaries are not generally symptomatic. They are VERY SMALL cysts and rupture rarely. The symptoms are all related to hormonal issues and fertility and only rarely produce pain. If your discomfort persists check in with your PCP (Primary Care Doc) Hope this helps Dr Z

Yes: it is possible that a cyst could rupture or increase in size to cause pain ALso an urinary tract infection, uterine infection are possible but likely a ruptured cyst If the pain increases in nature or burning with urination then see provider
