Deviated septum & HA: A deviated septum can certainly cause headache, facial pain, also nosebleeds,postnasal drip and loud breathing and snoring during sleep. If your x-ray shows that you have a deviated septum that could be causing your headaches, your ENT will advise you as what the next would be.. A surgical procedure called septoplasty may be needed to repair a deviated septum
