Hi, i had my 2nd molar removed 3 days ago. and from day 1 i had zero pain. is there still a chance of a dry pocket?

Not likely: The pain typically starts about 2-3 days after the tooth was extracted. Other symptoms of dry socket include bad breath and an unpleasant smell. The most important thing you can do to prevent a dry socket is follow the post operative instructions and you did. Keep up a good job.

Not likely: If you maintained good oral hygiene and followed the post operative instructions, and also you have no pain, Developing a dry socket is very unlikely .
