No: You may just be having some muscle soreness subsequent to exercise if the symptoms involve any arm symptoms or have a cardiac history you migh need a cardiac evaluation.

No: Most probably not as you say you are having hard practice. But if you have consistently these symptoms, you need to see your doc.
