No: You may just be having some muscle soreness subsequent
to exercise
if the symptoms involve any arm symptoms or have a cardiac history you migh need a cardiac evaluation.

Many . . .: Possible causes may include medications (including over the counter/supplements), drugs and alcohol, metabolic problems like thyroid disorders, poor sleep, problems with anxiety, or even problems with 'wiring' of the heart itself--although this is much less common. If this is something new, you should really see your doctor for an evaluation. Best of luck.
