Low risk: The risk of getting HIV due to fellatio is low, but not zero. You should consult your doctor to discuss getting tested. Depending on how long ago was the exposure and antibody or nucleic acid test may be appropriate.

Of course: Both giving and receiving oral sex can lead to the transmission of sexually transmitted disease, HIV is included. Transmission from an HIV positive active partner to an HIV negative receptive partner is believed to be less common due to the fact that HIV is normally only present in saliva in very low levels that are not sufficient to cause infection. Protect yourself!
