Here are some ...: Varicocele in men occurs to some 15-20% of healthy men and found in 35-40% of men evaluated for male infertility. Grade 1 varicocele is barely palpable even by an experienced hands and usually visualized by ultrasound for confirmation or seen just incidentally.
