Vitamin deficient?: Crohn's disease can result in impaired absorption of vitamin B12, which can lead to nerve dysfunction that can cause trouble with balance and walking. You should talk to your doctor to get it checked. If normal, then other causes may need investigation.

Walk: Several things come to my mind as possible causes. Do you let your mind wander or are you not paying attention all the times? Are you easily distracted? Or is it more a mechanical problem of feet turned in or a leg length discrepancy or even an imbalance of strength or a balance problem. A visit to your doctor would help.
