Autonomic Issue?: People that have history of disability or spinal cord injury and do not ambulate have a potential to have an autonomic dysfunction which causes the blood pressure to rise, heart rate to increase, cause goosebumps/hair to raise etc. Sometimes it is related to infection, bowel impaction, stress, etc. You may want your doctor to evaluate your vital signs and consider medications to help.
