I was told in 2011 that i have hallux ridigus it hasn't gotten any better. it now pops when i walk & there's no bump & not swollen. will this go away?

Not likley: The only way to get rid of hallux rigidus is surgical correction. However there are many non surgical treatments to help the joint including orthotics shoe inserts, change in shoes, oral or topical anti-inflammatories and steroid injections. I recommend you see a podiatrist for evaluation and treatment.
