Imbalance & brain: Persistent inability to walk a straight line could have multiple causes, including vision changes, brain abnormalities and inner ear. Age plays a role in some balance related issues. Best to seek evaluation from your primary care provider to begin investigating if you have other symptoms and what the most likely cause is.
