Need workup: Your symptoms too nonspecific to give you a firm diagnosis in 400 characters or less. You should see your doctor for a full workup including thyroid analysis, metabolic survey, & other testing as appropriate depending upon what's found. Good luck. Try keeping track of the TREMORS as to whether they are more prominent with activity or at rest and if weakness comes and goes or constantly there.
