Pain, weak, shakes: If you mean your question literally, your symptoms COULD be caused by any of a dozen things too numerous to list here. If what you mean by "what COULD be causing this" is "What IS causing this," it's unrealistic to expect an answer without seeing a live doctor in a real office who can take a thorough history and do a thorough physical exam. Your symptoms are far too nonspecific.
