At age 53,: unfortunately IVF with your own eggs will not work or lead to a live birth. There have been no reported live births using IVF with own eggs at age 53. Your ovaries have exhausted their own healthy egg supply. Your best chance is to consider doing IVF using donor eggs. Best wishes.
