High FSH/LH: These levels indicate very low ovarian function and are usually seen only in menopause. This would indicate that the fertility specialists would have a difficult or impossible time in retrieving any eggs from your ovaries. Donor eggs are a possibility, but this requires exceptional efforts to ready your uterine lining for implantation. Consult an IVF specialist. They will have the answers.
