Depends.: Most of these cases are simply due to a sore spot in your nose that bled, and is now in a persistent cycle of bleeding, crusting over, and re-bleeding. This can often improve by avoiding scratching/picking the crust, and keeping moisturized with antibiotic ointment in the nostrils and being gentle with the nose. Consider seeing an ENT to make sure nothing more serious is underlying the issue.
