May be from dryness: It can be due to dryness if you have the room heated while asleep without any humidity.You can try room or central humidifier and/or saline(salt water)drops at night time and day time in both nostril.Along with that you may need a decongestant if there is no relief consult your family doctor or an ENT specialist good luck.
