No: No. A number of reasons to have chronic nosebleeds. See an ENT doc to examine you and offer solutions.

Very common: Dry air can make the inside of the nose dry and make them prone to bleed. Living in a dry climate and using a central heating system can dry out the nasal membranes. Use the humidifier but make sure that you keep it clean and sanitized.
