The prescribing physician and dispensing pharmacists should be your first source of information, and if this is not being prescribed, then you should be getting help for your opioid problem. Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) 10 mg is hydrocodone and is for ACUTE pain&lasst 3-4 h, and Opana 40 mg ER is meant for CHRONIC pain and lasts 12 h.
