Woke up bad tummy pain around navel.same as last year hospital found high wbc 19 normal ultrasound.occasional analbleed/fatigue.what's wrong scared?

Abdominal pain: Follow up with doctor/ ER /urgent care within 24 hours. Maybe inflammatory bowel , food intolerance, Meckels diverticulum, pancreatitis(alcohol?) ,gallbladder, appendicitis/ rarely at 21 tumors . Anal issues proctitis/hemorrhoids/ fissure. Abnormalities can be noted on CT,fissures/hemorrhoids are seen on flex sig, 99mTC may assist Meckels.
