I have flu like symptoms since thursday fatigued dizzy at times burning out at times and coughing the whole time my dok diagnosed me with a tummy bug but i don't have the symptoms of that my bp is 159/101 p96 don't know if i should go to the hospital?

Fever?: Other causes may include influenza, community viral infections and Strep infection Keep well hydrated and please see a physician. You any need a chest x-ray. BP recheck.
