It would be helpful: To know the side effects to which you refer. Dactinomycin is generaly well tolerated, with nausea/emesis being the most common negative. We have excellent medications to address this. For vincristine, it is generally the neuropathic effects that bother the most. We have a variety of interventions to address these as well. Dose reductions may be needed for major toxicities. More specifics?
