I just got put on cymbalta (duloxetine). i have been taking it for 3 days when i wake up i fell dissy and sleepy still do i need to take in the morning?

Duloxetine.: Sometimes these effects wear off after a few days. Consider taking the medication later in the day unless there is a drug/ drug interaction you or your physician are trying to avoid.

Change schedule: It is normal to have side effects when you start a medication, if it makes you sleepy don't take it during the daytime as it may interfere with your activities. If you are taking it at bedtime, change it for an hour or two earlier. Usually after a couple of weeks side effects are not as pronounced for most people.
