It can, but ....: ....If it does, you should take it in the evening or at bedtime to take advantage of that effect. I see you also take benedryl--is that for allergies or for sleep? I'm sure you are aware that benedryl can cause drowsiness as well--so don't take it during the day.

Yes: Cymbalta (duloxetine) can cause you to feel sluggish, sleepy, sedated, and can cause you to yawn more.
