Not true: In fact you can get the first round of vaccines as early as 6 weeks. There also has to be a minimum period of 6 weeks between rounds of shots.

No daycare yet: Do you have anyone you trust like your mother or sister who could stay with her instead of daycare right now. Can you stay at home with her? I agree with you completely. 7 weeks is very young for daycare. Most jobs give some time off after delivery, although it may not be much. The pediatrician will wait until 2 months to get a better immune response to the vaccines.
