You may not!: Cyclophosphamide may have serious side-effects, but used by a practioner very familair with the use of the drug, most pts. Do not have major side effects; they would be practitioners of rheumatology, gasteroenterology, allergy & immunology, and others. Cylco is used to treat arthritis, crohn's, vasculitis, sle. These can be serious diseases looking for serious medicine. Needs careful monitoring!
