Good, but....: PredForte is considered first line. Serious uveitis is best treated the Himira or Enbrel (etanercept) like TNF-alpha inhibitors. Cyclophosphamide works as do other immunosuppressants! Keep in mind that chronic, recurrent uveitis can lead to glaucoma and is associated with a number of rheumatic diseases: sarcoidosis, spondylitis, Reiter's, psoriatic arthritis, etc!
