Here are some ...: How long ago did you have varicocele surgery and how soon did such lesion appear? Clinically, the described lesion most likely represents thrombosed phlebitis (vasculitis of vein) or sclerosing lymphangitis. Both are self-limiting with no need for active RX; so leave it alone with/without warm pack. As to poor erection, I would watch for not trying sex without a full rest for full recovery.
